My story

Running has always been somewhere around me. At school during physical education classes or at inter-school competitions. After finishing school, I started working, and running became a secondary priority.

A few years ago, the sport started to gain popularity. People were running on city streets and in forests, which motivated me to start my own adventure again. In 2016, I decided to join a running group.

The beginnings were not easy. I read a lot, listened to coaches and their training plans. Unfortunately, most of the information I received was based on the phrase "run slow to run fast". It assumed that 80-90% of your training should be done at a low heart rate. I made progress, but it was too slow for my motivation to stay. I went to training less often, made excuses and eventually stopped running.


At the end of 2022, I decided to try again, this time on my terms. I started training my way – regardless of what the coaches said or what was written in the books. It worked! I came up with a new running technique that worked for me, my players, and it will work for you too!

Thanks to my training plans, I was quickly breaking new records and my motivation was growing from training to training!

My plan for 2025 is to run a 1:15 half marathon, a 35 minute 10k (on my 35th birthday) and train you to push your limits!
